Team Locum have successfully been awarded the framework for Permanent Clinical Recruitment and Project Resourcing and are an approved supplier on Health Trust Europe.
We are primarily a healthcare recruitment agency. Over the years the work expanded from locum pharmacy and optometry into permanent supply for community pharmacies, opticians, hospitals and GP surgeries.
Joining the framework was driven by a wish to give NHS providers a pool of qualified professionals and to keep project resourcing orderly when a service is stood up quickly.
Consultants still treat every setting as different. A community sexual health clinic and an intensive care rota are not briefed the same way.
Project day rates are commonly discussed between £400 and £700, depending on specialty and the length of the assignment.
